CRN ALKOT S.A. DE C.V. (“Pystacklabs”), based in Mexico City, a company legally constituted under Mexican laws, which aims to provide consulting and technological engineering services in telecommunications, has updated the terms that apply to the use of the Website; For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the term “Website” shall refer to https://pystacklabs.com/.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) may be updated by us when we consider it appropriate without prior notice to the User. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity, computer software, hardware and other equipment necessary for access and use of the Websites and all charges related thereto.
4. Services, Payment and Delivery. The services offered by Pystacklabs, The services offered by Pystacklabs are aimed at providing an educational experience in the field of Fullstack web development with Python. Pystacklabs, works on different concepts on the subject, such as: Python fundamentals: syntax, data types, control structures; Basic Frontened development: HTML, CSS, JavaScriptXX; Backend development with Flask: project structure, routes, templates; Databases: relational) MySQL, Postgre SQL), NoSQL (MongoDB); Development with Django: installation, configuration, advanced paths; Web security: principles and good practices; APIs: creation and consumption using Python; Server Deployment and Management: AWS, Heroku, DigitalOcean; as well as as well as the development of a complete web application with personalized mentoring (the “Services”), which are distributed by Plans which are managed by annual costs managed in Mexican currency MXN, including the price of the Value Added Tax.

 

To pay for said services, the User will proceed to choose the one of their choice and if they want to contract said service, they must go to the “My Cart” section, verify that the plan of their choice was actually selected, and in When you confirm your order, you will click “Finish Purchase”, and Financial Data will be requested. This Financial Data is not processed by Pystacklabs, but rather it has an Authorized Payment Processing Provider (“Authorized Processor”) in the matter, so Pystacklabs does not store, process, or transmit the Client's banking details. Pystacklabs Following good practices, verify that the Authorized Processor has the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (hereinafter “PCI”) certifications. 

Once Pystacklabs has verified your payment details, the team will send you an email to inform you about everything related to your Service and we will contact you as soon as possible.

5.- Termination. We may terminate or suspend these Terms at any time without notice. Without limiting the foregoing, we will have the right to immediately terminate your access to the Websites in the event of any conduct by you that we, in our sole discretion, consider unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of these Terms. 

6.- Applicable Law. The content, data, and all other materials and features are presented for the purpose of providing services that are available throughout the Mexican Republic.c

Any and all disputes, claims and controversies arising out of or in connection with your access and/or use of the Websites, and/or the provision of content, services and/or technology on or through the Websites, will be governed and will be interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of Mexico City or the analogous ones in the corresponding State.

7.- Miscellaneous.These Terms and any operating rules for the Website established by us constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements, written or oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. The provisions of these Terms are for the benefit of Pystacklabs and its content providers and licensors, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions directly or on its own behalf. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced with language that reflects the original intent in a valid and enforceable manner. The applicable sections of these Terms will remain binding on the parties. The section headings used in this document are for convenience only and shall have no legal force.
