REFUND POLICY – PYSTACKLABS

CRN ALKOT S.A. DE C.V. Go ahead, “Pystacklabs”, aims to deliver services with unique experiences, striving above all for high quality that meets the expectations of our clients. If for any reason the services offered by Pystacklabs, do not meet your expectations, we have a fair and transparent Refund Policy. We reserve the right to review and modify this policy at any time. Updates will be effective upon publication on our website.

ASSUMPTIONS FOR A RETURN AND/OR REFUND OF THE SERVICE

In order for Pystacklabs to process a proper refund, the customer must take the following into account:

  1. Request Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the service being provided. After this period, return requests will not be accepted.
  2. Reasons for Return: Pystacklabs will only process returns for the following reasons: (A) The service was not provided as stipulated in the contract; (B) Significant errors were detected during the provision of the service; or (C) The result of the service was unsatisfactory due to failures attributable to Pystacklabs.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Once the previously mentioned criteria have been met, the customer can follow the following steps to request a return:

  1. Initial Contact: Send an email Pystacklabs to info@pystacklabs.com providing your name, contract or invoice number, and a detailed description of the problem.
  2. Internal Evaluation: The Pystacklabs team Pystacklabs will review the request and contact the customer within (number) business days to discuss their case.
  3. Solution: Depending on the nature of the problem, Pystacklabs may offer: (A) Redo the service at no additional cost; (B) A partial or full refund of the cost of the service; or (C) A credit for future services.
  4. Refund Processing: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method used in the transaction.

Refund Method: Depending on the payment method used by the customer, whether credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card used in the initial transaction.

LIMITATIONS ON THE REQUEST FOR RETURN AND/OR REFUND

Pystacklabs implements restrictions on service return requests to prevent abuse and fraud, guaranteeing the financial and operational stability of the company, as well as properly managing customer expectations and complying with legal regulations. These restrictions allow maintaining high quality standards, optimizing resources and ensuring clear and transparent communication, benefiting both the company and its clients. The limitations on the return request are the following:

  1. Completed Services: Returns will not be accepted for services that have already been completed and delivered, except in cases of errors or justified dissatisfaction, which will be evaluated by the team. Pystacklabs.
  2. Services in Process: If the customer wishes to cancel a service in progress, they must contact Pystacklabs as soon as possible by sending an email to info@pystacklabs.com. Returns in these cases will be evaluated individually.
  3. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations of scheduled services, the request must be made at least 15 days before the scheduled date of the service. Send an email to info@pystacklabs.com with your name, contract number and date of service. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation and details of the applicable refund. Exceptional cases may be considered individually, and different terms may apply.
