DE C.V.<\/strong><\/p><p>This Cancellation and Refund Policy (the \u201cPolicy\u201d) establishes the circumstances under which clients of EVOLFY S.A. de C.V. (\u201cPYSTACK\u201d) may cancel services and, if applicable, receive a refund.<\/p><p>This Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions available at <a href=\"https:\/\/pystacklabs.com\">https:\/\/pystacklabs.com<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>I. SCOPE<\/strong><\/p><p>This Policy applies to:<\/p><ul><li>Predefined design and prototype packages.<\/li><li>Custom and tailored services.<\/li><li>Any digital deliverables generated by PYSTACK (wireframes, prototypes, interfaces, illustrations, audits, redesigns).<\/li><\/ul><p>Due to the professional and customized nature of PYSTACK\u2019s services, cancellations and refunds are strictly regulated under this Policy.<\/p><p><strong>II. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SERVICE COMMENCEMENT<\/strong><\/p><p>Clients may request cancellation <strong>only if PYSTACK has not begun any work<\/strong> related to the contracted service.<\/p><p>Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: <strong>info@pystacklabs.com<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.1 Applicable Refund<\/strong><br \/>If the cancellation is valid (prior to service commencement), the Client may receive a refund of the amount paid, minus:<\/p><ul><li>Administrative fees,<\/li><li>Bank or payment gateway fees, and<\/li><li>Operational costs incurred in preparing to start the project.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>2.2 Timeframe<\/strong><br \/>Refunds will be processed within <strong>fifteen (15) business days<\/strong> following confirmation of the cancellation. The credited amount will be reflected according to the policies and processing times of the bank or card issuer used for payment.<\/p><p><strong>III. CANCELLATIONS AFTER SERVICE COMMENCEMENT<\/strong><\/p><p>Once PYSTACK has started any phase of the project, <strong>a full refund is not applicable<\/strong>.<\/p><p><strong>3.1 What constitutes service commencement?<\/strong><br \/>The project is considered started upon any of the following actions:<\/p><ul><li>Initial briefing meeting<\/li><li>Receipt or submission of startup forms or documentation<\/li><li>Preliminary research or project analysis<\/li><li>Creation of wireframes, sketches, ideas, or conceptual structures<\/li><li>Assignment of team members or professionals to the project<\/li><li>Development of schedules or work plans<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>3.2 Partial refund based on progress<\/strong><br \/>In such cases, PYSTACK may provide <strong>only a partial refund<\/strong>, determined based on:<\/p><ul><li>Hours actually worked on the project<\/li><li>Materials, resources, and tools used<\/li><li>Project progress at the time of cancellation<\/li><li>Tasks completed or partially completed<\/li><\/ul><p>The refund <strong>will not exceed the amount corresponding to unworked portions<\/strong>.<br \/>Calculations are internal and based solely on the actual project progress.<\/p><p><strong>3.3 Consequences of cancellation after commencement<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Final versions, additional adjustments, or review rounds will not be delivered<\/li><li>Only work completed up to the cancellation date will be provided<\/li><li>No compensations, bonuses, or credits for future services will be issued<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>IV. EXCEPTIONS FOR PARTIAL REFUND<\/strong><\/p><p>PYSTACK may authorize a <strong>partial refund<\/strong>, without credits or compensations, in the following cases:<\/p><ol><li>Verified technical impossibility, unrelated to the Client, making project completion impossible<\/li><li>Serious breach by PYSTACK, not caused by Client delays, omissions, or lack of communication<\/li><\/ol><p>In these cases, the partial refund will be calculated exclusively based on:<\/p><ul><li>Stage completed<\/li><li>Work delivered or pending delivery<\/li><li>Hours actually worked<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>V. CUSTOM SERVICES<\/strong><br \/>Custom services are <strong>non-refundable once started<\/strong>.<br \/>Partial refunds based on progress are only available under the exceptions described in Section IV.<\/p><p>No credits, discounts, future refunds, or compensations will be granted.<\/p><p><strong>VI. PROJECTS PAUSED OR ABANDONED BY THE CLIENT<\/strong><\/p><p>If the Client:<\/p><ul><li>Fails to provide requested information<\/li><li>Does not respond within agreed deadlines<\/li><li>Does not deliver requested materials<\/li><li>Abandons the project for more than 14 consecutive days<\/li><\/ul><p>PYSTACK may administratively close the project.<\/p><p>In these cases:<\/p><ul><li>No refunds will be issued<\/li><li>Only work completed up to the last active work date will be delivered<\/li><li>To reactivate the project, the Client must contract a new service or request an additional quotation (this is not a replacement or compensation)<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>VII. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS<\/strong><\/p><p>To request a refund, the Client must send an email to: <strong>info@pystacklabs.com<\/strong>, including:<\/p><ul><li>Full name or company name<\/li><li>Proof of payment<\/li><li>Contracted service<\/li><li>Reason for cancellation<\/li><li>Approximate date of request<\/li><\/ul><p>PYSTACK will evaluate the request and respond within <strong>10 business days<\/strong>.<br \/>Refunds will be processed within <strong>fifteen (15) business days<\/strong> after confirmation of cancellation, with credited amounts reflected according to the policies and timing of the bank or card issuer used.<\/p><p>Refunds will be issued using the same method originally used for payment.<\/p><p><strong>VIII. NO COMPENSATIONS OR FUTURE BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p><p>For absolute clarity:<\/p><ul><li>NO credits for future services will be granted<\/li><li>NO compensations will be made<\/li><li>NO bonuses or discounts will substitute a refund<\/li><li>NO \u201cbalance in favor\u201d will accumulate<\/li><li>Services contracted are not replaceable by other services<\/li><\/ul><p>The <strong>only remedy<\/strong> is a partial refund based on actual progress, when applicable.<\/p><p><strong>IX. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY<\/strong><\/p><p>PYSTACK may modify this Policy at any time to accommodate operational, legal, or commercial changes.<br \/>Updated versions will be available at: <a href=\"https:\/\/pystacklabs.com\">https:\/\/pystacklabs.com<\/a><\/p><p>Continued use of services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.<\/p><p><strong>X.
